Awesome YEET
Serves my purpose in accessing geo restricted content. Start up is a bit slow from my location takes about an hour to access content once the vpn is activated. This is a minor gripe considering buffering is very good while viewing content. Been using this for the past 2 years.
Fast and cheap
I went back to a competitor due the very slow speed that I was getting with PIA. My streaming was constantly being interrupted by buffering. If you could refund my money, I would appreciate that. I don’t have that problem with your competition, IpVanish.
I am able to log in to my account on several devices, but not this one iPad where I am getting "The network connection was lost." error when trying to login error no matter what I do. I am definitely connected to my WiFi and even tried rebooting, resetting (and reconnecting to) the network and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Works on all of my other devices, but their support wasn't able to get it to work on the IPad. I'm particularly disappointed in their customer service as they kept telling me the same things over and over. Nothing is working. My username password are copied and pasted for all of my devices and their best suggestion is to uninstall and reinstall the app. As a developer and end-user, I find it odd that they show the "The network connection was lost" message, but they don't even appear to have a comment on that. The device is connected to WiFi and all other apps can use the Internet. I'd give this one star if this was the only device, but the service seems to work well and have a nice interface on all of the other devices (2 other Mac computers, 1 other iPad and 2 iPhones). That is why I gave it 3 stars instead. But seriously, if it doesn't work they should provide better messaging and diagnostics.
I have use the service for 3 years so far so good. Affordable for anyone to use. Especially in this day of age. I hope it keeps it up with the latest technology.

super easy to set up. only seem to slow my connection down any a very small amount. couldn't be happier.
