Never had a problem
I have used several VPNs. Most had good points. PIA seems to consolidate the positives into one service. That includes ease, speed, reliability and price. I'm not quite savvy enough to fuss about (or rave about) end nodes or DNS passing through US servers. Netflix works fine for me (although I'm not trying to access from outside the US). I still keep one other VPN on my machines, but PIA is now my go-to.
The company quickly scrubbed their website of all references to bypassing geoblocking when Netflix blocked them. Now they just spam a link to their tos saying they don't assist with bypassing geoblocking, complete 180. Money is more important to these guys then having a spine. Can you really trust a privacy company that cowers when it gets pushed around a bit? I'll certainly be getting my refund and going elsewhere. Perhaps Unotelly which even after losing Paypal still fights against Netflix Geoblocking.

About to enter my third year of service and I have never had a single issue with this fabulous company. As a result I cannot comment on their customer service too much. The only time I had to contact them was for assistance setting up a device. The speeds are fantastic, the security works, and all-in-all I don't see myself ever going VPN-less again.
I have been happy with PIA over the two years that I have had it. I sometimes have some trouble getting logged on automatically and have to reload, but this is a minor inconvenience for the level of security. The one or two times I have had to access support they have been very responsive. We use PIA on a couple computers, an IPad, and an android phone. Worth the money for the peace of mind.
Everything is o. K. As promised. Simple and easy, No surprise. Reasonable pricing and 100 % satisfaction.
This has been a very uneventful experience - it just works! Well worth the monthly fee.
