Installed it and it has run flawlessly since. Never had tap driver issues like with some other services and they don't log. IT's NEVER dropped off unexpectedly. Keep up the good work.
PIA has worked great each and every time I've had to use it. Works great for public wifi hotspots like the library or hotels. Additionally the servers have been quite fast as well. Overall very pleased.
One of the main reasons I use a vpn is to be able to access BBC Iplayer. The two location choices are London and Southampton. I have to repeatedly connect to the two sites, check if the BBC Iplayer web site believes I am in England (most of the servers at these two locations fail). It is really annoying to have to spend 10 to 15 mins connecting and disconnecting until I can connect with a server that the BBC believes is based in the UK.
I have only had one minor problem with PIA and there chat line had it fixed in minutes. Great program. I will definitely keep using them and I highly recommend them.
Has this VPN for 3 years and it is absolutely the best on the market. I like the speed and the number of countries covered. I have recommended this to all my friends.

I've found PIA to be very good and flexible, but my only big moan is PIA not able to or rather will not bypass geo blocking by various organisations. Otherwise I'm happy to keep using PIA
been with PIA for over 2 years and have had nothing but good customer service with them (which is rare nowadays, so you notice it even more when you run across it). Cross-platform compatibility means that I can use this VPN not just for my linux computers, but for my android phone as well. Thank You
Pretty good for anything other than netflix which is what i paid to use this for. When i found out they officially arent going to support netflix in future i decided not to continue using pia.
I've been using PIA for several years now. It has worked perfectly for my needs and I have absolutely no complaints. There has literally never been a time when I had performance or availability problems with any of the servers that I use. The speeds are great and I enjoy the extra layer of privacy provided by using PIA. I would (and have) recommended it to all of my friends.
