I love your service... lets me browse securely at home and on the road. Its excellent. Only issue is lately I have to turn it off when I use netflix... even though I use an end point in my actual territory which is a headache... perhaps rotating your IPs so netflix can't track them as easily would be idea. Nothing to say, i read reviews before choosing a vpn service, and pia didn't regret me. All i need to say and want maybe latency data on my desktop/laptop application as well as i had on my phone. Kudos!
Simple and easy to use. Great technical support if you have any problems. Excellent value. Have used 2 other VPN services and by far the most reliable and Cheapest.
First, I feel safer using my Mac out and about with the service. Have not had the speed issues some have referenced. The reason I am giving only three stars is that I purchased it so all my devices would be protected. It works great and no problems connecting with the laptop but after over a year or so I still cannot get it to work on my iphone or ipad. Very frustrating and I wish there was a fix. Any help?
The software presence for PIA is really good. Normally I like applying VPN settings the native way rather than somebody's clunky app and ugly icon, but PIA Is an exception. On OSX it's a nice little icon with the extra feature over Tunnelblick of being able to automatically choose the best server and report poor speeds. On the iPad and iPhone, where VPNing requires a trip into the settings app every single time you want to connect, the app is very convenient and nice looking with a confirmation that your IP address changed. Granted the speed isn't always perfect for bulky binaries or streaming, but most of the time I have no problem with that (sometimes it's actually faster than my naked internet connection) and it's comforting to have a secure tunnel just a few taps away when I connect to wifi in a public place.
I use the service primarily to access Internet TV in the UK from France and it's always worked perfectly.
I've been using PIA since November 2012. It used to be a great service, but wow, speeds have degraded significantly over the last 16 to 18 months. I've gone through numerous changes of my settings and trying different locations, but the service just keeps getting worse. I used to be able to download game content from Steam, music from Amazon, and PDFs from site with ease from behind the VPN. But now 80 percent of the time I have to disconnect from the VPN in order to download the same content. With the VPN off, Steam content, PDFs, and music downloads are all snappy and downloaded in minutes. With the VPN... well let's just say I might as well let the downloads run overnight, assuming I'm not in a hurry. This will probably be the last year with PIA. They've gotten too big for their britches, and no amount of settings configurations and changing locations has helped. The Midwest server is a joke at this point and isn't even worth connecting to.

An excellent service! Does exactly what it promises to do. I've never experienced any problems. I would highly recommend PIA to anyone who needs a reliable and dependable VPN service. The price is very competitive. Bottom line: I'd never switch to another service.
