It worked very well for Netflix for awhile, but never worked for Spotify or others. Some sites it would still show my ip ... I had already paid and was always hoping for a fix, but none ever came More recently Ethiopia has blocked PIA and some but not all other VPNs. I know that's not your fault, and loved PIA when it was working, but going to give up as soon as I get around to it. thanks for the good times
I'll be honest: I've not used any other private VPN services. That said, the reason is because I've never felt the need! The service works great, I've never had an issue with speeds, and I've not had any problems. My friend referred me to Private Internet Access, and I've never looked back.
I moved outside the US and the main reason for purchasing a PIA subscription was because of the high online reviews and ability to let me access my Netflix account overseas. Unfortunately, now that Netflix has found a way to block people using a private VPN I don't have much use for PIA's services. It was fun while it lasted. Thanks!

Two year user, no issues. Plenty of updates, flawless security and excellent customer service. The website is clean and simple to navigate. Configurations are detailed and explicit for almost every device. Highly recommended. Why settle for less?
Fast speeds. Don't store data on users. Competitive prices. Multiple devices can be used simultaneously (no device limit). The best.
I was having trouble with my VPN connection auto connecting with OS X in the earlier releases. However, the issue has been to be resolved this last year. I have contacted support for a few questions and they have always been quick to respond, and courteous. A+

I am very satisfied with PIA VPN service. It works when I need it to and they have servers in many of the European countries I need access from.
Experiencing speed issues when using VPN and tech support stopped trying to help after a month of trying the same steps over and over. I will cancel when it's time to renew. I would cancel now, but I have paid for the year and they won't refund the difference.
