First the good news: *Great UI *Many servers to choose from Cons: *The connection is very very unstable. I cannot stay connected to a server for more than 5 mins before I lose connection, and I have to reconnect. Sometimes it even f... my internet up for a few mins afterwards. I use win 7 Would've given you guys one star, but your UI and range of servers are worth two stars
It is a good service, full bandwidth and a lot of server nationalities and no logs. Two major issue (for me): 1 - Based in US so NSA is always around 2 - If you need to setup in something different from the common using you are on your own. The customer support simply say "We don't support 3rd part software" (in my particular case referred to a qnap nas) In all the other machine works like a charm. Windows, osx, linux and mobile devices. I haven't try the socks5/ proxy thing so can't say but the OpenVPN is good, really.
A co-worked recommended PIA internet. I researched other companies, they cost more and didn't offer the options that PIA does. Multiple cities, secure access on my iOS and Android phones!. Easy payment options to stay off the grid! Highly recommend PIA today! Do it!

I gave it another try but with windows 7 most of the time it still doesn´t work stable. So you cannot be sure that your ip adres is all the time covered with another ip adres Only with the adroid appt it works more stable but not all ip give you access to region video content If you checked the ip adres with their homepage it doesn´t mean you are covered with that ip adres The costumer service cannot help you really they give you only the information which you can find on their website. When everything is working well than it was a good prize for this service:-))
I had been mulling over a vpn for a while. Based on reviews I was pretty certain, but contacted PIA with some questions. Their response was immediate and thorough. Purchase process was efficient. I was installing PIA on two Android phones and a tablet. After the first phone and tablet I ran into a glitch with the second phone. The online customer support helped with the issue. Total time from initial purchase to full function,15 minutes (even with customer support contact). Very happy with everything
When I first started using this service, my internet was unstable so it took me a while to get it up and running. But the customer service on line gave me several ways to fix the problem and each was was well written and easy to follow. I do not expect every computer product to work perfect right away but I do expect to have solid customer service if a company expects me to pay a monthly fee and PIA does give solid customer service.
