Purchased, installed, and done in a few minutes. Set it on auto and I'm still getting ping less than 20ms, and approx identical DL/UL to what I was getting prior. I chose PIA after reading many recommendations, and I am very pleased with my choice. The price was great, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to secure their browsing experience.
I set up the VPN on my router and it is working great. Private Internet Access has an easy to follow website an set-up instructions. Also a great value for the money.

What's to like: doesn't slow the speed down one bit; the choice of geographic location with one click by hovering the mouse over the icon in the system tray; very easy setup for all the computers in my home; a vast assortment of payment options; the geo filter really does work for sites that were previously blocked to me in my location; and most importantly, the peace of mind that comes from being behind a wall of privacy. Didn't think that a VPN would afford that added mental relief, but it really does.
Hello ! Although I just started to use this service (few day's) I can't give a accurate overall review, it took some time to get it working but with the help of the customer service we got it to work perfectly, I didn't have any issues since and as far as the speed goes I can hardly notice a difference, that was one of my major concern's with PIA connected my download speed is at 29 Mbps but I have a hub connection (fiber optic). The price is great all the others charge way more. My Two Cents
I came to PIA from a competitor where my complaints were "slow, outlet full and frequent disconnects". None of these are true for PIA and my internet speed is perceptually faster. I'm more reserved with my rating of their iPhone app, although I didn't change the star because it might be due to the slowness of my older phone, a 5. My only complaint for the app is that it's slow -- with the above caveat. Again, in contrast to my previous supplier, the VPN on the phone persists overnight, which makes it usable if either I or PIA can solve the speed issue.
As administrator of a charity I've set up several accounts for our workers. They say that the service is good and works well.
PIA is a great VPN server. The chat tech support wasn't that great, however with an email sent to support they did get an issue resolved quickly. PIA is a good price for quality privacy on the web, and faster browsing on the WWW as well. I highly recommend.
I had been with PIA for a year and decided to try another VPN provider, unfortunately it was nowhere near as good as PIA and so I moved back to PIA. Everything is easy and works well although throughput speeds could sometimes be better.
Easiest to use of the VPN tools I've tried out and from all the information I've reviewed they are keeping me safer and they are trustworthy with my data. :) Thanks!
