This has been the best vpn service that I have ever paid for compared to others on the past nothing matches up, good speeds, easy to use and reliable definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a good client
Everything you could want or need in a VPN. I love it. It's idiot proof to set up and use and I would highly recommend that anyone that wants a simple, but powerful program to keep you safe while online to choose PIA. It's a wonderful value too. I chose the monthly plan and it only costs me $6.95 a month. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. I use it on my home PC and on my smartphone.
I've never tried a VPN service before this, namely from laziness. That said, I really like PIA, it mostly works without hiccups. I have some trouble getting some servers to work, but I can always get one on the right continent and be good to go. I watched the entirity of Eurovision with no issues this year. The only problem I had was getting it to work on my windows tablet at first but the install on the desktop was a breeze.
This one realy works. It does not quit in the middle of a session.
This service works for a while and everything seems fine. Then it stopped working so I cancelled. No huge problems there. I renewed my account after being enticed by 20% reduction and a promise that the service would work. That same day after redownloading, nothing worked. I cancelled on the same day and got a refund. Again no huge issues. That is until I am notified that I have been billed TWICE within ONE WEEK for no apparent reason. I email demanding an explanation and a refund and all I am told is that it is passed the 7 day refund period. (It might have been a matter of hours as I was billed on the 11th May and asked for my refund today on the 18th May). I was also unable to completely uninstall the software from my computer. I am a computer science major, this has nothing to do with my skill level. This service is like a damn virus in my laptop and to top everything off, their customer service is an absolute nightmare. As of now, everything is unresolved. Save yourself the hassle, scamming and go with TorGuard which works for Netflix and is a little bit more expensive.
I cannot connect VPN sometimes, but I just don't know why. I installed my iMac and My iPads but often disconnected automatically. Even Mac was connecting but iPads were not. I just don't know what is going on. I want to have more stable VPN service if exist.
My iPhone no longer maintains a good connection to the Internet with this VPN!
Very easy to set up under Ubuntu, and very reliable service. I tried another service before and it didn't work. This one is perfect for what I need.
