Excellent product. Had a small problem and tech support responded at light speed and fix was very simple. Had no hiccups ever since. Does not slow down bandwidth and connection speed. Truly transparent and seamless. Best part is you can subscribe and renew using anonymous gift cards. They want to preserve your privacy and it shows. Very satisfied customer.
I had a problem with connections from a location that was different than the location from which I originally loaded PIA. The help staff provided several suggestions to trouble shoot the problem and after using one of them, it has been connecting perfectly. I'm very happy with the service.
My initial download took a bit awhile to connect. I emailed CS and had a response within thirty minutes, meantime I managed to get a connection. Verified my ip and seems to be working well. So definite recommend, great CS, great product!
After some days of using PIA I am satisfied with the service. Only a few IPs are Geo-locked, but you can change it quickly.
I have experienced no problems with signing in on my original devices. However, I have found it difficult to register with my username and password on a third device. My ultimate question is: How how do I know if it's actually working? I suppose I won't really know unless I never have a problem? Like a better way to verify its effectiveness.
So far the service has been pretty good. There have been a few instances of outages that can be annoying but I've only been using it for a few days.
Sistema di vpn davvero affidabile funzionale. Unico neo è che username e password vengono assegnate casualmente dal sistema e non sono facili da ricordare: è comunque possibile salvarle nel client vpn.

It's been a great VPN that has continuously high speeds, often even higher test speeds than without using it. If I choose Mexico then everything shows up in Spanish. I know it's legit and it works great.
I havent read other peoples reviews on what the customer service has been like for them but my experience was incredible. I was accidentally charged for a monthly fee, when I had bought a yearly sub a couple days earlier. Dave R. responded so fast and took care of the refunds and got me back going with the subscription so quickly. I never post to these reviews site to be honest, but it was the best customer service experience Ive ever had so I had to post something.
