I've used PIA for a couple of years now and have never had any problems. LOVE IT!
Got it for my phone,now it's on 2 phones and a laptop and works on all 3 ! I signed up for a month but will be renewing it for a year ! Easy setup.
I asked the support for some help (see bellow) and got an answer..., here is my response with an opinion: I guess your answer is representing you as a not responsible company and not taking care of your own business! Throwing problems with IP blocking issues on your clients is as bad as it's looks like! I bought an annual subscription knowing that I can use it, now it's looks like a completely wasted money. Stay away from privateinternetaccess.com! ------- Question: Can't see Amazon Prime Video content with my Amazon Prime account, the player says, that I'm not allowed to consume content from that IP..., I was tried to connect many different US location, but the result is always the same via all browsers! ------- Answer: We apologize that you are experiencing issues with your VPN. Regarding specific popular streaming media sites working or not working, we can only verify that it should be possible to view your favorite sites from anywhere in the world using our VPN. However, as support for working around geo-locked content is not within our scope of customer support, we are unable to assist you in this specific request. The best people to assist you with this request going forward would be the people doing the geo-locking themselves. Please note that this does not apply to issues where our IP addresses may have been blacklisted for reasons outside of geo-locking. We will most certainly continue to take action where possible to rectify these blocks; please report any such blocks you may encounter to us and we will be happy to assist. Please let us know if we can further assist you.

Worst experience ever. Counld not log in from the beginning. their 24/7 "service" is more like: send and email and wait days for a response. when I finally got a response I was told my email was not registered and was wrong - even though they emailed me to thank me for Paying for my non-existent service. Still waiting to hear from them.
Fantastic company, quick and simple with plenty of features. I payed for 12 months, and it allows me to use on 5 devices so can protect my family's phones as well. With DNS leak protection and a kill switch. Quick and simple to set up, in my second year wih them. Looking at a few VPN's this seems to have more features for the price then the others. I would definitely recommend them.

I am using PIA on both my personal computer, and through a router. My ISP (Comcast) provided me with a modem/router and it has no security and blocks lots of regional content. With VPN I can access any of the content I used to frequent while travelling abroad without worrying about my ISP throttling or dropping data. Through any VPN you will notice slow-down. So I do not recognize this as a valid complaint. That being said, This service has been extremely user friendly, and minimalist. For the best service I recommend you be somewhat technologically adept. However for a single laptop/desktop/smartphone it is probably the best service I have found.
