No downtime, very happy with the service and the price, $40 for a year is a steal.
The service slowed down my internet to a point where I couldn't use it. When contacting the customer service they gave me no solution. The VPN service doesn't function properly, the customer service is horrible and don't think it is a one time thing they will keep taking your money and trying to end the subscription is hell.

Been running the service for a few days now on a headless server, every time i check it, there it is, just chugging away. absolutely no complaints, and the speed seems great, granted i'm keeping it within the USA, but i don't need to bounce my connection off a different continent.
Set up is quick and easy. Speeds are great. I do notice a degradation of speed when I am on the service. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been using PIA for about 3 months now. They have a really good service. Lots of servers to chose from all over the world, great speed, great encryption with multiple options and no logging. I just emailed them about using my location setting on my phone. They got back to me in less than 30 minutes. They suggested to leave the location setting disabled while using the VPN for the most secure connection. PIA has an all around great service. Also I was able to pay with BitCoin, this made things that much easier.
Had for a couple of days so far so good! No drop outs pretty much always finds fast server. Used faults service team whom were fast and efficient! Highly recommend.
premiere fois que j me sert de ce genre de service, facile a utilis, meilleur prix et fonctionne vraiment bien. le nombre utilisateur fait que moi et ma conjointe peux profiter du system sur tous nos appareil.
J'ai fait le test de plusieurs vpn avec des abonnement de un mois et le plus rapide et sécuritaires avec un prix d'en la moyenne ca été PIA.
