Simple. Easy install across my android and Windows devices. I use it for geolocation locked stream bypassing. If you know you're way around APKs for android and reddit on Windows this VPN does wonders. Nuf sed. Get it or don't. It's that simple.
As soon as it's enabled I get either no connection or very very slow performance . I turn it off and bingo, my internet is fine. I've raised this several times with them So far I don't see the value

I have used PIA for half a year and than Turkish government has banned usage of VPN services. PIA has refunded the full amount back to me. Thank you very much for your helping. They have very fast and reliable service and very good customer support.
Configuration is very easy and it connection was fast as expected.
No hassles, installation was programmed well. Considering the value for cash paid, have to say this is tops. Enjoy the flexibility and ease of changing from one location to another. Having to sign up for something else really took the shine off.
Excellent VPN and very easy to set up and use but it would be nice to see who you are connected to in the menubar dropdown icon list after connecting on the Mac. Just a highlight around the city would do it! Saves you to have to check with Safari. Cheers B
This really is an excellent service, customer support is not only friendly and knowledgeable but they definitely are "ON POINT", I've tried some others including IPVanish and HMA, Vanish conveniently left out very important details and requirements that I inquired about and still let me pay for it and then told me what was required AFTER I paid of course and HMA isnt bad but if you do your research you will see why I would NOT suggest it, I'm genuinely satisfied with PIA and appreciate the honesty I received, you really can't beat that kind of service and the price is super good! I just wanted to renew. There was a problem with PayPal. I could not resolve the problem at PayPal, and just wanted them to charge my credit card directly. In response I received a form letter outlining the steps I need to take to fix the problem at PayPal. The steps had not been updated to relate to changes in PayPal's interface. The steps were useless. But it didn't stop them from pestering me to follow up with them about instructions that were useless. I asked again, for another method of payment, like just charging my card. They sent me the same form letter telling me to fix PayPal. I had to go on their social media page to try and get them to help. they insisted that I use the proper channels. I said those didn't work. After a solid week, I gave up and just started a new account from scratch, and let the old one expire. Eventually somebody at PIA offered me a discount, but by that time I was too worried that they would make a mess of that as well. They hate you.
