Simple and easy to install and get running. Customer support was very responsive when I had a operational question
This is the first time to use a VPN and this service is so easy to use, I just needed something simple that works so I can access information that is country restricted
Great price, can use one account across 5 devices, and fast downloads. I think my downloads are even faster since using PIA. I expected it to be slower, but it wasn't. Easy to install, easy to use, and I enjoy the piece of mind of having a VPN connection on public networks.
The software installs easily and is simple to run. It provides protection for travelers who have to use unsecured connections, like in hotel rooms, coffee shops or airports. It also provides a U.S. point of presence when overseas, gaining the user access to U.S, based services such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Google.com, etc
Easy to install and great customer service. I would recommend this service to any friend who isn't already protecting themselves with a VPN. The price might seem a little high compared to others, but it is worth every penny!
It was so easy to setup on Windows 10 machine. I downloaded the installer out of PIA website and not much else to do. The Support CHAT service on PIA website is really great !! On my second annual subscription and looking to be long time customer.
The product installed easily and the performance is as good as prior to installation. I could not hope for more, especially with the lowannual rate.
I have tried several vnp's. Private Internet Access is super fast, secure, and easy-to-use. In my experience I would rate P.I.A. number one of all that I have used. I have used others that cause me to lose internet access, and one that almost messed up my computer. Some are as good as P.I.A, but cost a lot of money. For the best service at the best price I highly recommend Personal Internet Access.
Be very aware of this service. They are not private at all and do nothing to solve the problem of leaking DNS. I tired on their client, OpenVPN, and on multiple OS, both Ubuntu and Windows. They tried to downplay the problem by saying leaked DNS is not a risk at all.
Private Internet Access is straight forward. No hidden fees, low cost, simple installation (literally no setup other than running the provided .exe file), good speeds, many choices in locations. What more could you ask for? If you're looking for a reliable VPN service, look no further.
