Literally 10 minutes after I made the decision to purchase a VPN service, I was up and running with PIA. Worked exactly as advertised, extremely fast and with no problems whatsoever. 10/10
Easy to install, works fine, would recommend.
I downloaded this app to enable me to watch British TV in Spain. To be fair they never made this claim and I assumed that this would be possible with any VPN. I was wrong so it was a waste of money for me.
PIA was incredibly easy to setup on all of my devices (Windows, Linux and Android) and I couldn't be happier with it.

So far it's been pretty good. Customer service has been one of the best of any industry (even if some of the questions are canned). Connections have appeared to be faster even though my speed actual has taken a bigger hit than expected. Connections across the US and even internationally looked almost the same, with the biggest slow down only coming in the initial connection. But once it gets going, you really can't tell the difference. I had one connection drop unexpectedly which exposed me for a while but fortunately I was sitting at the machine when it occurred. But all in all, it looks great.
Very easy to use and affordable. I will and do recommend this service to friends. Has been proven in court that PIA doesn't keep records. What more can you ask for?
I researched extensively for my first VPN, and P.I.A. appeared again and again at the top of quite a few "Best VPN" articles/reviews/forum polls. Now, i'm a light internet user with no real need for any "shady" websites, so I'm just protecting myself from my ISP and the GOV for the coming 'digital future', however I do use P2P and stream my home entertainment and P.I.A. gives me protection in 5 devices including Desktop PC, Android (Box and Smartphone), and also SOCKS5 protection for my P2P. Very easy to use. I understand they are based in a founding member of the "fourteen eyes" country (which set alarm bells ringing), but with the protection and payment methods they offered I feel pretty safe. P.I.A. really do offer amazing value and security and ease of use. I am the kind of person to shop around if one product beats another but so far, I ain't going anywhere for my privacy needs than P.I.A.

I've used PIA for a little over 2 years on multiple devices and have never encountered a problem. The ease of use is outstanding. I told my wife how to use it and she has never had to ask again and she hates computers. The only criticism I have is making it easier to switch from one subscription price point to another. I will probably use this service for the rest of my life.
