Easy to setup, basically install and it does the rest. I like one feature in particular. To be able to change your location, keeps the hackers guessing. Keep up the good work development team. Keep your price low, stay humble and you will stay in business a long long time. Thanks for an affordable solution.
Customer support is very speedy in their replies. They helped with setting up OpenVPN on my router using Tomato firmware. The speeds decreased tremendously compared with the application installed on an individual device. One reason to use my router was to install on my Amazon Fire Stick TV. Finally discovered how to install PIA directly to the Fire Stick, so the router is not an issue. Keep faster speeds with the app. The PIA apps does not periodically disconnect from my iPhone the way a competitors VPN service does, so I do not have to worry about always restarting VPN. PIA is also much cheaper.
Many high level security options, VERY VERY well priced, GREAT customer service, I haven't found a bug with it at all even when I've done pen testing on it,etc.. A+ service. I love that you can pay anonymously along with how cheap it is and the amount of service's and server location's it provide's. It's slowed down over the year's but it isn't nearly as good as ANY free one's and is worth the very slightly decreased speed for this maximum amount of security for your ISP from malware/hackers/router penetration/etc. Great company that I will use for a long time!
Fast customer support and great service.
Installed on my Asus router using OpenVPN without any issues and found the connection to their London servers to be twice as fast as IPVanish. I also like that they automatically route you to the best performing server in your chosen location rather than you having to preselect one and hope it doesn't get too busy
In eerste instantie was ik terughoudend om over te stappen op een vpn.... maar zo simpel had ik het zeer zeker niet verwacht. Geïnstalleerd op windows en android zonder enig probleem. De door PIA voorgestelde testen uitgevoerd, waaruit bleek dat mijn ipv6 nog niet veilig was. Even ipv6 geblokkeerd in mijn router, en dat was het. Probleemloos veiliger.
Had no problems what so ever using PIA as my VPN, 1000s of servers, easy to use, fast connection, openVPN routers, straight forward settings, no pop-ups, friendly customer service, runs on all my devices, great price and no hand holding. Cant ask for more!
Works great with Chrome. Now I can travel anywhere and don't have to worry about my data falling into the wrong hands. Thank you for your service.
I recently allowed my IPVanish subscription to lapse. They were good but, in the short time I have had PIA I prefer it. It starts reliably on its own when I boot up, remains reliably on and seems to provide good throughput. The kill switch is a must for me. I appreciate the several early email contacts checking that I am happy with the service. I cannot rate their service beyond that because, frankly, I have not needed it. Highly recommended.
The default connection is incredibly slow...be prepared to wait and wait and wait...
