You VPN sucks. Trying to connect and it will not. So basically paying for POS service that is worthless.
I got this service because IP Vanish was struggling more and more to effectively geo un-block a particular service in the Netherlands. PIA seems to do that better. However, my download speed drops from 92 MB/s to 9.2 MB/s. Still just enough for what I need it for now, but absolutely a concern.
Signed up and paid for VPN 4 days ago. I have submitted 3 trouble tickets and responded to three emails and I still have not received access. I received this invitation as well as all of the trouble ticked confirmations and emails at the same address that I used to open the account. The last response is "I have escalated this issue to our Billing Department. Once we get a response back we will respond accordingly"! I'm not sure why not being able to sign in with the email address that I signed up with is a billing issue. This could be an isolated issue but I would avoid a company that is this business that has such horrible support! I will be taking action with my credit card company and BBB!
No issues so far here. For the price, I really can not complain
Depending on what your reasons for getting a VPN are, Private Internet Access is probably a decent and very affordable option. I was personally hoping to use it to access region-locked streaming sites, but PIA seems to be consistently blocked on all of them, so look elsewhere if that's what you're after.
J ai essayé cette apps un seul puis je l ai désinstallé e le lendemain. Et ils m ont quant même fait payer un an de service malgré qu' ils annoncé sept jours d essai gratuit possible. C'est de la pure arnaque.

so I would have given this service a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the lack of online/live chat help , im in the uk and have never been able to get hold of anyone on live chat ,although I have not tried to contact the guys by raising a "ticket" and they get back to you , now having said that I have been using PIA for over 5 years now and it is by far one if not the best VPN service around , taking in to account the ease of using/the ease of installing and the price , ive found it works great on any platform ive tried ,from android to windows ,I have tried many other vpns but have found I always renew PIA year after year !
Received PIA as a gift from a trusted online forum. Have renewed twice now. Excellent connectivity. Chat/email support is awesome for resolution and reps are very knowledgeable. Appreciate being able to watch US content from Canada.
No problems for me so far, the year subscription was a decent price as well.
