I liked PIA from the moment i started to use it. It is easy to connect on a phone or a tablet. Maybe not so easy on a laptop? If you disconnect on a laptop and then want to reconnect it does not respond so quick. But overall i like Private Internet Access and will continue to use it.

As someone in the software/security industry, i have to say that this is the best protection software out there. I have been so impressed with the service since day 1 of my purchase. To be able to be anonymous and untraceable on every one of the devices makes me sleep better at night.. I have recommended your service to EVERYONE at my workplace, other friends at various large Tech Companies, (Cisco, Lenovo, to name a few), and everyone who tries your service out ends up agreeing with me and saying "why didnt i do this sooner". Excellent VPN facile à mettre en oeuvre, les reglages par la vue parametres sont complets et efficaces. La bande passante est exceptionnelle. Le rapport qualité prix est simplement tres bon. Je n ai pas pu pour l instant testé le support car je n ai eu aucun PB. J ai installé PIA sur 3PC et un Android. Merci

Pour l'instant aucun problème. Facile à installer j'ai juste du changer le port dans les paramètres, mais sinon impeccable au niveau des fonctionnalités.

Very happy with this service. It was easy to install and easy to use. This will give me the privacy I need. Also and most important, they are not "buddy-buddy" nor kiss up to law enforcement! They'll make the pigs earn any data they get. I like that they are on OUR side, the side of freedom and privacy and not the Federal or State pigs. This is a great company and a great service. Worth every cent.

I contacted your service department at 8:30 a.m. on 03/19/2017, it is now 9 p.m. and I have heard nothing, other than the automatic response email. I have sent 2 other queries back in response to that initial automatic response and have heard nothing from those either. You staff has always conducted themselves perfectly, immediately, and reliably. I have no idea what happened this time. To be honest, I had hoped for a smooth continuation after my year-long use of your services, but it for some reason has been a mish-mosh since I renewed with you. I do not understand why no one has gotten back to me as you clearly state you have 24/7 service. :(
