Awesome service, great price!
Recently installed the PIA client on multiple devices (tablets, smart phones, PCs). Installation and getting the devices connected was about as painless as it gets. Interface is simple and straight forward. Simple is good! Now for the Private Internet Access shinning star......customer support. I had one problem tablet that would not connect after changing the PIA password credential. Got in touch with the PIA support group and within a couple of hours I had a response with a suggested solution. Applied the solution, problem solved. Customer support is a (important) feature that one doesn't think about until needed. The folks at Private Internet Access have thus far provided top tier support. Over all, very satisfied with the PIA client, services and support. I can , without reservation, recommend Private Internet Access to anyone shopping around for a VPN provider. Chris P. Love the idea and it works well with my desktop computers but, constantly blocks from sending emails from my iphone. Very frustrating and have to disable to send emails then re-enable.
Decided to try out a VPN service and after reading about PIA from several articles I thought I would try it out. The UI is very slim and clean with little flair, which is good for me. So far it does as advertised, offering multiple VPN connections for a very cheap price.
As someone that has never used a VPN, the setup of this could not be easier. For the price I can't imagine I could do better than what is offered here
my iPhone immediately went down, nothing working as soon as i downloaded this app. No one could figure out why my phone not working--and then i remembered downloading this new app--and thought to delete and see what happened? as soon as i deleted it, my phone started working fine. Very scary
Super easy to install and run on iOS. Just a few clicks and you're up and running!
Easy to use but slows everything down to a crawl, sometimes causing interactions (e.g. logging into email account or awaiting Facebook updates) to hang and stop working altogether. Still unsure if I will continue to use due to the slowing--very frustrating.K

Been using it a week now on my desktop, laptop, and phone. Speed on all devices is good from the US, doesn't seem to degrade my up/down at all. A few issues on my phone with the facebook app but so far it seems to work as advertised.
