Can't beat the price! Easy setup, too.
It seems to work great for this user.
Was using HotSpot Shield on my Chromebox and it was very sluggish, removed the extension and loaded PIAvpn and it made an immediate impact. Pages load and respond much faster. Put it on my phone, tablet and Windows machine after purchasing a yearly.
Looked at other VPN's, and none really compare to what you're getting at the low yearly cost for Private Internet Access. Plus I haven't noticed any change in internet speed which is always great.
Amazing VPN service , very little connection slowdown and ping increase. Fast and precise email replies. Very happy, I have tried many VPN's in the past and PIA is by far the best and best value. (ISP Spectrum) (Windows 10)
As a new user I needed a little help to get started. I was able to easily install the software. After installing I noticed that my MS Outlook failed to connect. In trying to find a solution, I searched the help pages but could not find an answer to my question. How to get Outlook back up and running. I looked for a phone number to call bout could not find one. I know it is expensive to have phone support but is is also expensive to loose customers. I emailed support 4/3 and got a reply 4/5. By then, I figured how to disconnect so that my Outlook would connect. (Kind of defeats the purpose.) I also noticed that while connected, it was sometimes impossible to download or upload videos to Vimeo or YouTube (which I do all of the time for business). There does not seem to be a current fix for either of these. So I will be canceling my service. Thanks for the try out.

Its been good, just takes a bit to fully regain your internet speed once connected to a server
Only a user for a few days so I don't have a full experience of the service yet, but I very much appreciated the extra support provided to new users. I had an issue getting the VPN set up on my machine and my regular help ticket was not answered, but PIA specifically checked in with me the day after I signed up to see if I had had any installation problems and got me set up very quickly. Thanks!
