Best price for great service!
Excellent. Love the service. Very fast and very reliable. It's definitely worth the money.

I was initially skeptical, but that skepticism went away completely very, very quickly. PIA's reputation, the very affordable subscription fee, and their dedicated installer all made for a very painless and rewarding experience. Connected to any of the PIA servers that I've tried so far, my internet connection feels the same, if not faster, as when I connected strictly through my ISP. But now, I have the peace of mind that my browsing and other internet uses aren't being tracked or logged. The recent decision of the U.S. legislators to roll back privacy protections of internet users finally got me off the fence about using a VPN service. Now, I just need to expand that out to all of my computers and mobile devices.
I decided not to purchase this item. I am using another VPN.
Service works great. The only problem I had was, at renewal time, the password for the software and website stopped working. Couldn't get any customer service for help. I love the software though, so I ended up getting a refund from my renewal and then started a new subscription. Would've given this 5 stars if the customer service was good.
Works as advertised. I would recommend this to a friend. No compaints so far.
PIA does not push a DNS route down the VPN. This means that if your hotspot gave you a local address (like something starting with 10.) for DNS, your DNS *STOPS WORKING* the moment you connect. Almost every other VPN I've used gets this right. Until they fix this, I *cannot* use the PIA that I paid for. This sucks.
Smooth running and does not seem to affect the speed of my devices. It has several additional features and options but I am not sure what all of them do so I can't comment on those. The annual cost of $39.99 to cover 5 devices is reasonably priced. Better value than Norton and more options.
