Great service at reasonable cost. Using PIA service over a week and extremely satisfied with performance and simplicity to use their client application on both mobile and windows pc. I couldn't find a client for fire os except that everything's good.
Having used PIA for some time, I thought I'd try other VPNs just to see "what's out there." Nothing as good! Along with strong technology that's easy to use, PIA's customer support has been excellent.
A friend recommended your service and I'm glad he did. The ease of installing the program is painless. I found that I lost only 2 MB of download speed and my upload remain the same so there is no real loss at all. Great value for the service. I will highly recommend to all.
PIA is VERY easy to use, and VERY affordable. $40 for a whole year is fantastic. I have been using PIA for a few weeks now and the only annoying issue I have is not being able to view certain sites without turning PIA off first. It's not a major issue, I just like having PIA on at all times now.
Happy with service but I wish you had servers in western Canada I currently use auto and it usually picks Seattle or California.
I had originally purchased ExpressVPN as most articles and sites say it is the fastest at the moment. As a world wide product I've no reason to challenge that. My provider is Xfinity (I am US based) and I have typical download speeds of 230 Mbs +/-. With ExpressVPN the best speed I could get was 80 Mbs on any of their sites as a login (and that was inconsistent). With PIAVPN I am typically getting 180 Mbs and higher, depending upon where I log in. I'm in the Northeast and I've found logging in to NYC. Speed testing was performed with Xfinity Speed Test and DSL Reports speed tests. is faster than when I log in Auto. Time and traffic of course are factors. Given the price entry point and the fact that I'm not a world traveler, Private Internet Access VPN can't be beat. Glad I made the switch.
I wanted a VPN I could use through my router. Even though PIA doesn't support ASUS Merlin firmware with OpenVPN, I was able to get it working.
Super easy to set up, no issues. I've been very happy with the service and the ease of use. I researched for two weeks and finally decided on PIA and I'm glad that I went with them. The iOS and Android apps have been great, and the only, only issue that sort of bugs me is that Hulu and Netflix don't always work. Otherwise, super happy.
So far the Mac OS software has been working great! iOS app ends up killing internet almost all together at some points. Depending on the apps you are in you may have to turn off the VPN in order to surf. Please work on this a bit.
Just subscribed and simple to setup. Having some issues with some internal networking connectivity. Will open a ticket. Unable to RDP, FTP and Windows shares.
