User friendly, safe, and secure! I have it set up so it's running as soon as I log on to my computer, so it's great to see the notification pop up that my ip is hidden every time.
I just bought PIA & i am not happy that Support never wrote back to me, And i can't get into the Fourm to Ask question there.
I bought this service in fear of loss of Net Neutrality, and I can say that I'm satisfied. I use the Houston servers which work amazingly, and I have never had any downtime. I would recommend this service most, though, because of its low price compared to other VPN services, most of which charge ~$8USD per month.
Works wonderfully and I appreciate very much how you checked in immeiadiatly to make sure everything was going well and help anyway you could... Seems to be a rock solid service, surprisingly very few speed and bandwidth issues. I use it for both PC and android and find the software to work very well. Ive tested repeatedly for DNS leaks and after changing the DNS leak setting ive found no leaks what so ever. Great service.
After installation, I was unable to access/connect to the service. Two requests for assistance only generated auto-response acknowledgements. All communications are obviously computer generated; there is no apparent 24/7 support as advertised. I have canceled the service (which generated another auto response) and will find another service. I also disputed the charge to my credit card to hopefully stop recurring charges.
Sorry this is my second attempt in writing a review and while I was trying to write my first one the VPN (from Pia) malfunctioned again and everything I wrote is gone..So I better write this fast. I had 4 to 5 different requests out to their "24/7 Support Team". I have that in quotes because not one request for help was ever answered. If you rely on a great 24/7 Support team like I do, than PIA isn't for you. They failed miserably in that department ! The whole month was a waste of time and money ,I wish I could say better but I can't.......I hope they greatly improve their Support because without it can spoil everything else.
On the one hand the apps provided by PIA for either the Chrome browser or for Android are comprehensive, intuitive, and thorough; and they work pretty well. OTOH I have sent three separate support requests to tech support over the past week, and only one of which was answered, and the information provided by that sole answer didn't meet the case. Definitely a mixed bag.
