Only join recently, so getting used to the service but solid connection so far. I also needed specialist support for my Debian box and the support team turned my ticket around on the same day and provided clear instructions on what I needed to do. Purchased a two-year account, which is excellent value. My only complaint would be to improve the quality of the icon and interface of the Android app - but I am being picky. There are other VPN companies with aesthetically better-looking software but PIA does what you want, no fuss. Using across multiple devices (tablets, laptops, smartphones and a Linux NAS)
I just purchase PIA so I can't make a really good review but so far it's pretty cool. It hides you current IP address just like it says so on complaints.
Good non-technical explanation of service. Easy, immediate set up. Value for money. Online reviews confirmed by initial service experience (less than a month).
No german server anymore. Swiss server does not work properly. No answer to my e-mail I sent to the support now for already 3 days.
This is a very surprising service. The speeds, the ease of use, privacy with truly NO LOGS, and at $40 annually via the deal?! This almost seems to good to be true. Then one does some research to the "behind the scenes" of the company and sees respected sources, confirming the same testimony! Simply amazing. It is really nice how PIA not only provides a fast, secure, OpenVPN based VPN but also includes the option for internal SOCK5 proxying. Simply amazing. I will continue using them even if I don't have need for a VPN. It is a good piece of mind.
As a new user I had a problem and submitted a ticket for some assistance. 3 days later and I've still not been contacted.nor is there any way to call or chat for help.

Subscription and connection were both speedy in Fedora Linux. Some websites require an additional hoop of a CAPTCHA, but otherwise it has been plain sailing. I don't watch films online, so there has been no meaningful slowdown for me. I have had no difficulty in sending emails via smtp, but then I don't use port 25. Online shopping so far has been problem free. I have deducted an asterisk from the rating as there is no direct support for Fedora. Specifically, the PIA desktop widget is not available, whereas it is for Ubuntu. I'm not convinced I'd use it, but the choice would be good. I haven't noticed any DNS or IPv6 leaks. I'm mulling whether to connect my router to PIA, but probably won't.
