In spite of a poor start with double billing that took an eternity to resolve I decided to try the yearly subscription. I was not able to extend my subscription on my laptop so I did if from my phone on the PIA app. However, this gave a new account and for the last five days of my expiring monthly account I've had two accounts running simultaneously. I submitted a ticket about it but those do nothing as no one has gotten back to me. I've no idea where to get that. I use windows 10 OS. Purchased PIA under ticket #7275640 and after several calls and e-mails to customer support, we could not initiate the PIA VPN. I was told I would have to download the PIA to my router; only to find out the router was not compatible. Asked for a refund of my annual service and was advised "no can do", as I was just past my 7 day refund period. At that point I then paid second annual fee (a little higher than PIA) for another VPN. It worked great and there was no mention of a router download. Best advice, check other VPN's before you purchase.

After PIA answered on my request we found out that problem was from my email provider side, if to forget about this problem with respondings, i think that it's a great company in every aspects.

Op de laptop werkt het goed. Na het aanmelden duurt het wat langer voor er internet is, geen probleem. Qua snelheid merk ik weinig verschil, ik heb het lichtste abo van Ziggo. Download wel vrij veel. Nadeel vind ik de werking op iPhone en iPad. Die zijn regelmatig de verbinding kwijt en het kan even duren voor die weer terug is. Heb 1 maand afgenomen, ben nog niet zeker of ik daarna verder ga voor een jaar.
Seems to work exactly as advertised. There is only a slight hit on bandwidth, which is more than acceptable given the level of privacy that one is afforded.
I needed help and sent a support ticket. That was three days ago and I still haven't heard back. I uninstalled the software so I am paying for NOTHING.
