I’ve been using IPA for years with no issues. One of the few vpns that allows p2p sharing. Always good speeds compared to other vpns.
I have been trying to install this for 5 days now with no success. Need a new installer for Windows and requested a new one but the email said it could take some time. I really want to use this but am almost at the point of requesting a refund. Please help
Been with privateinternetaccess.com for a year. Had very little issues less some security from inside threats that had nothing to do with outside intrusions from the net. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is due to some security issues in regards to Windows OS back doors (using Linux now) and lately slowercustomer service. Otherwise customer service and overall app interface and setup on alternative operating systems is easy and filled with great options. Thanks PIA for keeping me safe and anonymous!
I've been using PIA for about 5 years and find it to be a good, reliable service, VPN for 5 devices for less than $40 annually is also great value. Speeds are also very good and I love the kill switch and ad block features. Customer service could do with bringing back the live chat feature but that's a minor criticism really. Definitely recommended.

I am unable to connect from my iPad mini 2. I have been waiting for several days to hear back from their tech support folks. As such I cannot give a positive review. Perhaps if they answer my support request and fix the issue I'll be happier with them.
Works fine but can't load on firestick
I love it when it works. Unlike my last VPN I don't notice it when it's running as it has a minimal impact on my connection speed. I would have given a 5 star rating but the customer support is a bit slow in responding. (In all fairness they say they're experiencing an unusually high number of support requests.)
+ So, as far as speed, they seem to be the best. + Works great on my Sabai router (in the config, while editing to put in your username, go down the page & untick the box that says "crl-verify". This will fix your issue, just FYI) + Works on all platforms + Sooo many servers! Port forwarding on some, too! + No logging whatsoever + Easy as hell to use on all platforms + Killswitch, DNS-leak protection, different encryption methods + Easy config files for platforms their software isn't available on + Affordable (if you buy a year. Not so much month-to-month...) + So many payment methods it's almost silly. They even accept gift cards from a crapload of random stores & shiz. Choices for anonymous payment methods are always great! __________________________ - Sub-par customer service - Still haven't fixed the issues with Netflix detecting VPN users. I realize it's a complicated & hard to fix issue, but it doesn't seem to even matter to them that this is not acceptable for a large amount of users. ____________________________ ?¿ Could easily be being run by the government or another entity, so still recommend proceeding with caution. So, to sum up, they're honestly the best choice, especially in terms of speed. All the others I've tried were unacceptably slow. I couldn't even top 100kb/s when downloading files I could normally download at about 10+ mb/s without! So PIA is a great choice, especially for torrenting. If that's what you're looking for, this should do fine.
