An easy to use vpn, with knowledgeable support staff. I would recommend it to all my friends.
Fabulous GUI. Great connectivity to a very wide range of servers worldwide. Have never had a dropped connection! Could not ask for better or more.
There are just few countries available. What is more I have a problem to cancel a 7 days trial. Nobody answer.
Customer service is terrible. There is no option for a live chat and the email customer support is incredibly slow and often fails to respond at all, or when it does respond, gives out copy-paste answers without having actually read your email. They will always tell you to open a support ticket but almost always nothing will happen after that.

I think PIA is a great value and service. I do have three things I would mention though... (1) Currently, if I want to purchase more than 5 simultaneous connections, I need to purchase an additional account. Instead, something should be set up on the website where I can purchase more connections under the same account, for a fee. (2) The PC program should have a built in ability to notify when there is an update available. I saw it in one build a year or so ago, but since then, it has disappeared. I have to actively check the PIA website now to see if there is an update. (3) Currently, the PC program will not allow you to enter the settings section when you are connected to the vpn. I understand you shouldn't be allowed to change settings while still connected, but there should be a way for me to *view* my settings without having to disconnect from the vpn.

Works better than I expected. Very good value for money.
