Excellent and affordable service. Setup was easy once the instructions were obtained from a post on the blog.
Easy to set up. No special equipment needed. No issues thus far.
I would go 5 stars but I have only had PIA a few days. But so far no issues on all my apps, or places I go. Speed has not slowed at all and that’s sweet.
I've been with PIA now for a couple of years, I've tried other VPN companies, set up and connection isn't as smooth as PIA. I just updated my account to the 3 year plan. Way to go PIA. I use it with my home computer two tablets and mobile phone. I'm in coffee shops and free wifi spots all the time. Its good to know that my connecction is safe. Happy Customer
VPN works fine in all platforms. However I would like the iOS app to be more configurable (e.g. be able to change the connection port and the protocol).

Used this company for a year on a variety of machines and while travelling through Europe and using open hotspots. It has always worked as advertised and latency has always been negligible. I regularly recommend the service to friends and colleagues.
Definite 5 Star Company. Have only been with them a week but I need no more time to realise I have found a good one. I was with a company Privacy Partners for many years, about 12 actually, and never had a problem. When they closed I tried to find another as good. I did get good enough but that was all. That was with ExpressVPN. I suffered the dropouts and slower speeds at times. Just recently sites would pick up I was on a Proxy and block me out, also I had to turn them off to send email, it would just loop and not go. Decided to change and did the usual tour of the forums, found a couple that I thought would be ok and gave them a try. Don't bother to go anywhere else than Private Internet Access, It is full speed of my ISP, emails go same as without a Proxy running. In the week I have not been blocked from any website, so all I can say is that all is good. It is a pleasure to post this feedback for them, but most of all I hope it is a help for others looking for reliability.
Unlimited bandwidth, no logs, tons of server worldwide with security in mind, no logs, best and lower encryption (you choose). Bet price out there with the best security and speed out there, I've been using them for 2 years now and I have never felt more secure as a White Hat Hacker/upcoming Penetration Tester. It's not US based, I could go on and on, in short, it's easy, fast secure, cheap, you should use it and look no further, I've done weeks of research before buying a VPN and the choices were more limited, PIA still stands true as the most trustworthy, reliable, versatile, and secure VPN out there (especially for the price).
Have been a customer of Private Internet Access for a year now. Their website, mac app and mobile iOs app might not look like state of the art but their service is great! Very good value for money and a lot of different VPN locations around the world to choose from.
