Un outil essentiel pour naviguer tranquille!!!! Je le recommande fortement!!
The VPN works flawlessly. I had an issue, though, where CloudMark started flagging my emails as spam. I thought it might have something to do with just starting to use the VPN so I sent an inquiry to Private Internet Service Customer Service asking them to review the flag notice I got from CloudMark. Here is the response I got: "Thank you for choosing Private Internet Access to protect your privacy I'm sorry that you have this issue and I would love to help, I've checked your account that linked to ( jrreber******) , you have opened account with username: p*******. And I have know idea what is that for. Farah K. (Private Internet Access)" They don't know what my account is for? And not a single word about my CloudMark inquiry? Unreal. I got a very detailed follow up after my original review. It provided all the technical detail I needed. i hope this is the type of customer service they will provide in the future.
well this is what it is just been with you for a week and it is great i have looked at the others one on this matter and i have got you all and love it thank you and have a great christmas and new year thanks the coleman family
I have been using Private Internet Access for several years and they have been very dependable, Support has been a little slow but very acceptable.
Great product, top speed and always up; you can choose between a really long list of servers/countries. I like the iOS app, but I expect something more from the macOS counterpart
хорошая цена, хорошая скорость, поддержка пяти устройств, торренты не режутся, ну и нативная поддержка linux! рекомендую!
GOOD !!!!!!!!
I expected something good - I got worst than mediocre service. Speed to various servers is not advertised. My favorite server reduced my download speed by 90% while other servers would give me full speed. Geo restrictions remained in effect and this VPN didn't help. I read a lot of online news and it is frustrating to keep running into geo restrictions when others seem to work just fine. Even though PIA states they do not log any information, others have stated concerns over privacy issues since PIA is based in the USA. Users should be cautioned about questionable customer service practices; very slow response time and copy/paste answers that do not address your original concern. I wrote within the 7 day cancellation policy to cancel and requesting refund with the specific reasons noted above (Slow to favorite server, Geo restriction not lifted, privacy concerns - ticket 496691) and got back an email stating they want opportunity to help and to let them know my decision. What? Had to write again for them to honor the original request. Still waiting... (I'm glad I purchased through PayPal as that is my next step to obtain refund). Buyer beware and be wary of fake reviews.
I'm a little surprised at the few 2 to 3-star reviews below. I've been with PIA for some years (since 2013) and their service has been rock solid for me. The one thing that stands out for me is the proxy server which I don't think any of the others provide. Now that they've just done a deal for their loyal customers on the $29 per year cost, it's a no-brainer. I did have an issue with the renewal at this price, and the support I got was quick and they acknowledged the problem was at their end, which they will work to resolve. However, in my case, a solution was offered which satisfied me. I've had to contact their support a couple of times over the years and found them to be extremely knowledgeable and courteous. It's a reliable service that I've depended on for many years, and can't see myself switching any time soon, especially at their new renewal price :)
Good stuff, but the windows version really needs to check itself and warn the user when the TUN install isn't working right. I had some leakage that I couldn't get rid of (even with the advanced settings) until i install the TUN goodies from OpenVPN's site. Also, the Android version will not work with Google's "Datally" app running to prevent apps from using mobile data without permission. Results in instant disconnect until the mobile data restriction in Datally is disabled. (Doesn't even work when Datally is set to allow PIAVPN to use mobile. Cannot figure it out, since PIAPVN is probably not doing anything with mobile data any. Have your QA team install the app and see if they can figure out why it causes you trouble: playDOTgoogleDOTcom/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.freighter
