Love the service so far. I have only had it for a few days but it seems to work very well. It was super easy to install. I had a different service that I ordered at the end of 2016. I got it to work one of my computers but needed to use it on another device. I didn't have a really good understanding of how to use it and the instructions were hard to follow for me. I have already recommended it to others.

I paid for the service 3 times through PayPal. I am pretty sure the company is aware of this however, I had to provide proof that I made the purchases just for them to process a refund which they have yet to do. Each time I paid I could get the app to work on my iPhone but not on the device I needed it work on. It said my username and password was incorrect and this was the log in information provided by the company. You cannot create your own username and password. I received a response 14 hrs after initial contact though the company says they have reps available 24/7. I am aware that things get busy and hectic. But when you are running a business such as this, you should have people available to speak to you by phone and not sending email messages..

I have tried several times throughout the year to use this VPN but it is painfully slow. The moment you turn it on your web browsing or your download will slow to a crawl. It's utterly useless. After posting this review I received a reply that said to open a ticket so they could help, but I had already opened a ticket and been told too bad so sad from their customer "service". Even though I only tried using it a handful of times in the last year because of how badly it bogged down my computer in the last year there's still no refund for me.

Have had very few problems with your product and I am satisfied with its effectiveness. I would and do recommend it to others. Our privacy is being threatened every day and I certainly hope you can maintain your high std of protection. The powers that be want to undermine your efforts to maintain a secure service. I've used pia for at least a year and never had any complaints. Customer service is super fast when responding to questions. I'll never switch to another vpn

It was difficult to install the MacOS app to make it function well for multiple users and standard users without administrative privileges. The Chrome Extension works well. While more limited, it has a handy bypass option for Netflix and Hulu.

C'est un bon VPN avec site en parti et une interface logiciel en Français ce qui est plutôt rare. Le débit est de très bonne qualité. Lorsque l'on est connecté il est possible de modifier les paramètres comme le chiffrement des données , bloquer la publicité à partir de "Paramètres avancés". Attention ipleak.net ne vérifie que votre connexion IPV4. En utilisant whatismyipaddress.com vérifier que votre adresse IPV6 n'est pas localisée à votre véritable adresse malgé l’option activé dans les paramètres.Je vous conseille de décocher IPV6 au niveau du Protocole Internet version 6 (TCP/Ipv6) du système d’exploitation Windows de votre carte réseau.
