Just bought my second year of your VPN service. That should say something about my satisfaction. I connect through WIFI and already experience a certain slow down in throughput speed, but that's expected. It isn't enough to turn me off to WIFI. When using VPN any other slowdown isn't noticeable. Any slight degradation to speed is a minor payment to remain secure. I switch servers every time I reconnect, which is often, up to eight or more times a day. The object to using VPN is to remain anonymous and one of the best ways to do that is never remain attached all day to the same exit node. I have removed my internal WIFI adapter and use 5 different external adapters so the MAC address is constantly changing. Also I avail myself of the various free DNS servers. Security requires an active interaction and constant awareness. Now I must change servers..
I had a very good experience when subscribed through the Google Play store. However, when I bought the two year plan, service seemed to have degraded. WiFi connections show unstable quite often, I have to change VPN location or turn wifi on and off to get a usable connection. I'd say my first several days as a subscriber are not that great. Win 10, OSX, and Android 7.0

I was just typing a review and the window was cleared so will try again. Paid subscription of $ 6.95 on monday 8.1.2018 and could not get it to work at all, after moving from another vpn wich was excellent your but expensive. After a lot of trying I cancelled and was adviced I will be paying till the end of the month. This is a service I cannot get. I cannot log in, it tells me "your username or password is incorrect, please check your credentials and try again". I get a "authentication failure" warning. I have a red pia icon at right bottom of screen and pia icons in control panel wich do'nt but cannot get rid of,like a virus.

This is the WORST company I have ever came across I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE TREATMENT I HAVE RECEIVED FIRST I COULDN'T GET ON THE BLOODY THING THEN after help from a man called David IN your payment office IN your London office got me on only TO BE TURNED BACK OFF JUST BEFORE XMAS 17 I PAID FOR ONE YEAR IN NOVEMBER 17 AND TURNED OFF DECEMBER 17 THAT'S ONE MONTH FOR ONE YEAR'S PAYMENT A BLOODY DISGRACEFUL AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN TO MY BANK ACCOUNT I WILL GIVE YOU 5 DAYS WORKING DAY'S TO RETUTRN MY MONEY IN FULL
First time using a VPN, have become used to my non-VPN connection speed and was surprised when my speed slowed down by 75%. I have a high speed connection and maybe VPN's do not support the connection speeds I am use to. I know a VPN has to encrypt and de-crypt data and I am sure that slows it down. I was just surprised my connection speed slowed down by that much. Haven't had any other issues although I am not always using my VPN has I prefer my higher speed connection. Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thank you
I'm a new user and I'm very happy thus far with this product. It appears to work as advertised on my five devices. I've not had any issues yet. I'll write another review after my first year or if I have problems with the service. Its a good valve for the buck.
It's been down for couple of days where I cannot access ANY websites. Their support doesn't know what they are doing and just going thru a script nor do they listen or actually read previous emails. I have wasted several hours debugging for them. In response to your reply: Do you have another customer service department that knows what they are doing, if so please pass on my service request (524998) to them as this team don't know what they are doing. After 2 more days of downtime, these people cannot fix the problem and they refuse to refund me for the many months that I have paid for into the future. People beware. SO they have refused to refund for the 6 months remaining on my contract with the reply - Unfortunately, after further review of your account you are outside of the refund policy. We can continue troubleshooting if you would like. AND then they reply asking me to try something else: I have passed your situation to one of my Advanced Tech Support colleagues to take a look at your debug log. He is quite certain that the solution to your issue lies in this article: I-am-receiving-the-error-Warning-route-gateway-is-not-reachable-on-any-active-network-adapters-in-my-debug-log Seriously guys you must be joking........ If I have to read another article about a fix that sounds totally no relevant to my situation..... Oh and guys - Norton works great.... so does ExpressVPN and NordVPN.... They must be made by Heineken as they do what they say and work without too much trouble....
