Worst VPN I have ever use
Would be nice if you could change your subscription when it expires if you wanted. But still the best VPN around.

Private Internet Access is great! Works perfectly. And the customer service is also amazing!
PIA comes highly recommended for both service and trustworthiness. I have never had any issues using PIA. I also love that I can use the same account to protect my Android devices using public WiFi. The cost is reasonable and something I can afford and not just wish that I could afford.

Setup was very easy, does slow my internet speed by half on download speed, occasionally need to disconnect to send emails (which could be a setting I have yet to find) I like the idea of hiding my internet address as I use banking and online purchasing from time to time. Otherwise good product.
Easy setup and easy to use. No problems so far in my first weeks.
I was initially disappointed having trouble with cryptocurrency exchanges. I was loading the PIA program AND the Chrome extension. You know the thinking; if one is good two should be better. It turns out you should only run one or the other. The Chrome extension has exclusions which are useful for certain applications. Even after being told that, I had trouble finding it in the documentation. So I now use the PIA program extensively for VPN protection, and the Chrome extension not at all. I give high marks for the program benefits, and lower marks for the documentation of the features.
Private Internet Access were recommended to me and they have fully satisfied the recommendation and my expectations. Im pleased with their service and recommend them to anyone to use. The program is easy to install and use and they have replied quickly to all email contacts Ive made with them which for me is important and therefore ticks all around.
