Contact is impossible. Saved password not working and they say I am not protected but I should be. Since this they have bent over backwards to sort the problem. I would like to thank Mark T in particular for his patience with someone who is not a computer geek.

Super fast customer support. And I've never had a single problem with the service. It's fairly priced and simple to use. I love the app they have for your phone. My phone's notification section has a button for your VPN. It automatically connects to my last chosen location. Just overall easy and effective. I recommend them to all my homies in person.
Sign up form felt a bit wobbly when entering new account data. Was it due to me being on an iPad, or weak wifi connection, hard to say...perhaps I should have used Tab key...except Apple iPad has no Tab key... Customer service response was surprisingly fast and thorough. All working very well on both iPad app & laptop.
Used to use this software in the past and I must say, it's great to be back. The new upgrades are fantastic, along with the support from PIA, if and when needed. One of the best choices of VPN software that is available and for a great price as well. Even though the program was developed in America, at least they have ensured further privacy by not keeping logs about how a user chooses to use their software.
I have used this service for a few months, without any major problem. At some point I decided to try out the some of their competitors, and found it was not worth the extra money. Now I am back to PIA and sticking with them.
Excellent VPN service. large number of server options with fast connections. I use the service on my iPhone, Android phone, FireTV and my wifi router without any problems. They have detailed documentation on the website for advanced users. Just renewed the service for 2 years after my first year. Support can be slow to respond but they do resolve issues.
Don't bother to get this!!!!!!! If I can give a zero star I would. It doesn't work with Apple devices. I couldn't figure out why my iPad kept saying that your wifi is not working and one day my 8 years daughter figured out and turned off PIA private off and the iPad wifi works again. It does work with Samsung devices but not when you google something and click on that link. Your phone will tell you can't open or access this link. First I thought something wrong with that link. I removed my PIA private from Samsung phone after my daughter told me what she did on her iPad to make it work and the same search work. By the time you figure it out, it is passed your 7 days for a refund. Their representative has a nerf to tell you that he would be happy to cancel your next year renewal and that you can continue to log in and use your paid subscription year service even though it doesn't work.

It keeps getting hung up and I have to turn it off and back on to get it to work again. Today I turned it off and it would not turn back on. I was able to browse without it, so problem was not my phone or network
