I got the log-ins and download links sent right to my email within seconds of me sending the payment and the vpn is super quick it connects in like 3 seconds and there are servers all over the world that you can connect to! it is also very cheap and reliable
Installed it on my computer, and forgot about it. The VPN did its thing flawlessly. I'm a gamer and I rely on a good connection, and after a couple of days I remember that I had an active VPN connection, while gaming. I never experienced any lag! 10/10.

I paid for services and never received my login credentials. After three tickets and no response after 4 days I requested a refund. I expect I will have to contact Paypal and file a dispute because they can't even provide me with a login so that I can use the service I am paying for. I do not recommend this company at all. With no phone number and an auto reply riddled with excuses this is not the quality customer service that was expected. .
Had always thought of using a VPN, but after seeing the conditions and pricing after it was promoted on LTT, I couldn't not try it out. And honestly it is outstanding, easy to use and change countries.
I switched over from ExpressVPN and was glad to say privateinternetaccess was offering better speed despite a lot cheaper in price. Am very happy now.
PIA is definitely worth every penny! You get to choose the location of your IP and the speeds are great for the most part. If i ever feel like my speeds are slightly slow, I have the option of reconnecting to somewhere else. The best part is how easy it is to send a speed complaint without digging into the settings menu or anything else.
