This is the worst service provider that I've EVER came in contact with!!!! There's No phone# listed for customer service, as result, customers are left to figure out their issues alone. I'm still trying to figure out why I spent the money on this worthless service. If I would have known this in advance there is no way in Hell I would sign up for this service!. Signed a VERY displeased customer
Doesn't work for Netflix nor BBC's player. Both sites knows that I'm using a VPN.
Heel blij dat ik eindelijk de stap naar VPN gezet heb en er meteen een hele goeie - de beste ? - heb uitgekozen. Alles werkt perfect en supersnel. De beveiliging is top, werkt écht en er zijn heel wat instellingen mogelijk. Ik raad PIA zeker aan. Voor het geld hoef je het echt niet te laten.
Absolutely *the* best value. Easy to setup, easy to use ... no noticeable degradation (I guess because they have sites all over the place). Perfect for me.
I’ve used and paid for several VPN services over the years. I’ve stuck with PIA for over a year now because I feel that it’s the best. Incremental improvements in each update. I’ve never experienced it getting worse after an update. My use case is for untrusted WIFI only. Hotels, venues, shops, and the like. Connection issues are infrequent. Speed issues are infrequent and more likely due to poor/congested WIFI rather than PIA. Just paid for another two years.
It achieves what it advertises and is reasonably-priced. Overall pretty satisfied.
Fast and secure internet VPN service with plenty of regions to choose from. My download and upload speeds have been consitent with the speeds not running the VPN.
it works flawlessly on phones when on WiFi, and is much easier to set up than other VPN apps.. but on my laptop it keeps failing to connect after any diconnect, and I have to restart my computer often, no matter what settings I change — it’s extremely frustrating. I had AirVPN before this and I didn’t have a single problem for a year. I’m probably going to cancel after my trial subscription unless someone can tell me a remedy
3 stars, but only because sites have a large amount of IP's banned with everything like Chase.com, it didn't like it.
Works great, great bandwidth and response times, And the UI is easy to grasp
