BBC, ORF and most other media websites dont work. All IPs are blocked and PIA refuses to add new IPs. Waste of money.
pia is easy to use,does the job very well and the price is excellent.
BBC detects I am using a VPN and won't let me use iPlayer. If the BBC can detect I am using this company, who else can detect me? Contacted Private Internet Access asking for a refund and nearly a week later and still no response from them. This is the worst company ever, stay away from them, they are dishonest, their service doesn't not do what it says it will do and there is no customer support.
I've tried other VPN services, just to see what's out there-- but I always come back to PIA. Great, affordable prices, and great service! NordVPN has a good, clean interface (PIA's user interface feels clunkier somewhat), but NordVPN would often have connection issues. VyprVPN tracks your IP!! What's the point of having a VPN?!? Useless! Stay away from VyprVPN! Just use PIA!!!
bad ive paid for this but cant log in.i asked them to send me my log in info.but nothing i want my money back!!!!!!!
Essentially effortless VPN across all of my computers and even on my phone. I'm glad to have access to this service.
When I turn on the VPN my internet breaks. I have reached out to PIA but have not heard back from them after a day.
So far best price to performance VPN on the market. No lag, unlimited data, easy connection and a lot of connection points. 10/10 recommend!
I love this VPN. It's fast, very cost effective unlike other brand VPNs and I was shown it by Linus Tech Tips on YouTube. I would certainly recommend this to a friend as I have had no problems with it.
this company canceled my account with 90 days left on my yearly service and they required me to purchased another year of service before they would reinstate my account,I was having an issue with support and could not get a differant account removed from my account,they said that they could refund my money ,I sent the an email telling them that i didnt want a refund just needed the to seperate the accounts,but they either got stuck on the refund and they canceled my account anyway,I seems to me that it is the way this company does business ,and the other account is still linked to my pay pal account that i am goint to have to cancel before they charge me more money i do not have .
