Easy to use. Fast speeds. Great customer service.
Although running the program itself takes so much memory than other vpn apps, everything else seems fine, including the price value. The UI is a little bit confusing to me at first, though
I was charged twice for the service, and have tried to contact customer support regarding this. Also, the service is very slow. Wanted to cancel the subscription with no success and no answer from customer support. Very disappointing
Simple, and reliable
I think most people would turn away when looking at the price, thinking that this will be just like free VPN. It's literally the cheapest VPN (don't get fooled by competitors' "2.xx / mo" where they require you to sign up for 3 years. For the price, it is also more reliable then the more expensive and more popular competitors. But, in my short time testing it, I experienced slow downs just yesterday in almost all servers I chose. And since I have little trouble, I haven't been able to rate the customer service so I leave it at 4 stars.
I searched for a few hours to find the cheapest VPN service & I can say that this one works VERY WELL and it is the cheapest.
Great service, BUT it needs to be more user friendly. Not all customers are computer geeks. Also make the product more streamlined and professional looking & working, from download to working. Get rid of icons that don't do anything. Customer service does get back to you quickly, but their answers are confusing sometimes. It's always better to talk to someone, but they have No way to call them or chat (I think). This service is not provided everywhere in the world, so check first.
Easy to install and use. No issues with internet slowness with use (surfing). I don’t stream videos or music so this review does not include those activities.
It was tough to choose the best VPN to buy. There are waaaay too many choices. And the best one is the one that gets used. PIA made the choice easy. As a new VPN user family my initial rating is only based on the user interface, the look of the product and ease of use. I like the clean screen look and the simplicity of the installation, which was very simple. I know the app works because some services will not run unless you turn off the app. The on/off switch is a plus. And the welcome letter made me feel that this was a well thought product. I look forward to a long pleasant experience. I rate only 4 stars to leave room for improvement. Thank you.
