Easy set up, easy to understand, very fast connections - can't even tell I'm on VPN, supports port forwarding if you need that, have it installed on my iPad Pro and PC. Haven't had a need to contact customer service - installs went smoothly and connection was seamless. Hope things stay this way.
The customer service is extremely helpful. I asked a quick question on how to change some settings with my vpn and bittorrent client to make sure I was anonymous. I got a response fast with very detailed steps to do just that. The vpn itself is also great. There are plenty of servers and locations to choose from. What I like most though, is the ability to change all the settings you could ever need. Other vpns have like an on off switch and that's it.

I've been using PIA for about half a year now, and so far I am really satisfied with the service. I never experienced a downtime or even a slight latency. The service was always 100% stable and reliable and was available to me the second I subscribed. What I like the most about it, is that I am able to select how to connect to the PIA servers. It is possible to select TCP port 80 and 443, so can even use PIA, in networks where the internet usage is restricted on http(s). This easily bypasses any restriction in any network. Depending on server location, other ports and UDP 'connections' are available as well. Also a great feature is the SOCKS5 proxy that is provided. Even though this is not really a VPN feature, I'm glad it's supported. It came in handy for me a few times already. As long as it's true what they say, and their logs are pumped into `/dev/null` immediately, I have no doubts that PIA was the right choice for me. Would definitely recommend!
I've used PIA VPN for a good 2 years or more and I can honestly say that I absolutely love the service that I'm getting. Definitely feel secure and safe with this running on my devices. And super affordable. I recommend this to anyone looking for a VPN.

Outstanding VPN! Fast, reliable and inituative accross my devices. It’s also an absolute doddle to set up with some advanced features to suit the needs of a more advanced user.
Good price, and easy to use, but client disconnects randomly and doesn't reconnect. Unreliable and potentially risky. For casual use only. Fix the client disconnect issue and five stars, but that's too major a flaw to have in a VPN client. Defeats the purpose entirely.
Bought this to get me past website/gaming restrictions at my work. It works great. Customer service was quick and accessible when I needed it initially. Cost is extremely reasonable. Thanks PIA!
