New to this VPN. I have 4 devices set up. I have not experienced any real issues. So far it's doing what is advertised. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a safe and easy set-up process. I did have a sign on issue and used your on line support. While I would have preferred actually speaking to a live person (instead of chat or email), the support person was able to help and my issue was resolved.
Fantastic vpn. Two years ago i moved to Australia from england and tried to watch my favourite british soaps like coronation street on my PC which didnt work, so my dad let me use his pia account and it worked perfect so i got my own account a few days ago. Dont get any other vpn get this one, you will not be disappointed!
This is my 3rd or 4th year using PIA. The product is great, simple to install and use. Support, when needed, is thorough and prompt. This is a great product from a great company.

Bought the VPN service but it didn’t work on Eurosport player. I am in USA and wanted to use a danish VPN so I could see soccer. Waste of money.
Had some initial difficulty in installing -- reached out to the customer support team and they responded very quickly -- we resolved the issue and have had no further problems. Excellent product / excellent support. PS -- the initial installation issue seemed to have been self induced and not an issue with the program.

This is the second times I had signed up with Private Internet Access VPN after using other VPN companies. Price for me as a user is the most important as Private Internet Access VPN have the most competitive monthly charges than most other major VPN companies which I found very expensive.
