Just started using Private Internet Access, but so far speeds are quite good and I haven't had many issues accessing sites except Netflix. The interface for PIA's program is very easy to use for both desktop and the Android application.
Slow at times, but great service for the price. Clean and simple interface for Android. Would recommend to anyone.

I like it a lot. It works great on my fire HD10 tablet and my HD 8 tablet and my android phone and PC. I did pay for it of course. ? It's on all the time. I do recommend having it! I have done internet tests on it ! It passed with flying colors. Easy set up too. Plus it is one of the least inexpensive VPN out there ? Great job guys !
I have only been using PIA for a few days. I have an intermittent problem using Microsoft office 365 Outlook email. Sometimes it works fine with PIA and at other times I have to turn off PIA in order for email messages to come in or go out. I first went to the PIA help website. It was sparse on information and not very helpful. I then submitted a support ticket. I received a somewhat cavalier response which was almost certainly in error. It is not clear to me that PIA is the source of the problem, but it is clear to me that the support I received was inadequate. January 30, 2019 9:49AM This is a follow-up to the earlier review above and to the reply from the company below: I am fairly sure now that the problem is intermittently slow service on the Los Angeles-based PIA server to which I automatically connect. That is because I have now experienced the same type of problem, again intermittently, with graphics throughput (or the absence of any graphics whatsoever) in my email clients, including Google Chrome, as well as connectivity problems with TeamViewer, both of which are immediately rectified by turning off PIA. (Note that my original support ticket with PIA mentioned that the problem was sporadic, something which was never addressed by the support person and something which tends to be inconsistent with the blame attributed to Microsoft Outlook.)
i've only had VPN from Private Internet Access for a few days now. But it works flawlessly. And it is very easy to set up, too: just a few clicks, and you are good to go.
