my only complaint is that it doesn't block ad host's.. other than that, great vpn, works on everything, when configured correctly..
Support is awful. Such a dissapointing ordeal. And here I chose pia again after trying them before. I wanted full speed and no encryption. So I set the options per the website instructions. For two hours I couldn't connect and stuck authenticating. It was fine until I existed my house and my phone switched to 4g. I had set encryption to none and data authentication to none also and handshake to ECC-256k1.... I emailed support. No reply. Of course there's no phone number to call. Then I changed the handshake to ECC-521 and it connected. Thanks, Support for being unhelpful. Side note : Sent D16E0 debug report. Dissapointed. Android client. Pie.
Excellent product that supports all major mobile and desktop OSes, including Linux! Great set of advanced features like kill switch and local network access. Good for the set and forget or power users. Speed and reliability has been good as well as choice of servers. I also have had less trouble with blocked content than other services. Very impressed!

I would not trust them. They have predatory practices. They auto-renews the account by default, and won't allow you to get a refund, even though you have notified on the same day as the charged to your card.
Great service, easy to use and to setup, and a lot of documentation for “edge” usage like OpenVPN, etc. The Mac client is great too.
It just works. Speeds are stable at download and upload, depends on a country chosen, but for me ranges from 40 to 80 mb/s. Incredible. One thing only bothers me, it's so popular that many services know that you are on a VPN. Even Google feeds me captcha, when on it. And of course no Netflix.
The only reason I did not give 5-stars is the logic "nothing is perfect." I switched to PIA from a friend recommendation and I could not be happier. The price is awesome, the service is stable and the app is very user-friendly. I came from a Nord VPN 30-day trial where I had all sorts of horror stories. Could only access website A on this server couldn't access B on this server, etc. I was very happy coming to PIA and I am in 2+ months in and I use it daily. Zero complaints thus far.
