I make my living as a programmer and can tell you that 99.9 % of issues are user related, not product. The PIA VPN is at once easy to configure, setup and run. The product even encrypts your wireless without any additional end-user tweaking!
I'm, not a power user, so I only installed and used this VPN as instructed by the PIA and windows, I just started my third year of subscription with private internet access VPN because I'm happy the results that I get from the past two years using it on my Computer, and tv boxes, give them a try:)
This product seems to work well until a new version of Windows was installed and then it stopped working and I had to contact customer support to get a fix. Surely they should keep their product up to date with latest releases? Next I started having problems printing to my locally connected WiFi printer. I didn't realise this was a PIA issue until too late when I had bought a new printer assuming that was the problem only to find out the problem was PIA. PIA support told me "Wireless devices on your LAN connection are by default blocked as is the nature of a VPN". How can a VPN prevent printing to your own WiFi connected devices??!!! I have requested a full refund but they have refused. Appalling customer service! Avoid!!!

IOS Application is not working , also All protocols are banned in Middle East and when I asked the support to provide a solution or an obfuscation techniques , The response was : " Go to hell & and we have 90% of our customers are happy "
Best VPN I've used. I've used 5-6 different VPN services and I just never felt really secure, whether it was DNS leaks or IP leaks. Before this, i used AirVPN. Great service, but i wanted something a little easier to use on desktop/phones. Man, PIA has been great. Killswitch is very efficient on mobile, i really only use the pc client when i don't want ISP to see my traffic. I've recommended it to all my friends who use VPNs or have been interested in one.

makkelijker kun je niet anoniem worden. Snelle installatie (eigenlijk 1 muisklik) en snelheid is vrijwel hetzelfde. Ook het beheer menu is super eenvoudig en wisselen van vpn server (als je dat al zou willen) is ook 1 muisklik. Super!!
