I paid for the service and I cannot get it to install on my windows laptop. There is no customer support as they claim. Poor way to do business
I have used many VPN services but I was really not satisfied with any of them. This is the best VPN, I have ever used. I loved the service part. It was a quality experience I had with Private Internet Access. If I talk about the cost, it is less than the competitors. When you search online about the pricing, you can easily see the huge difference in the prices. I found private internet access cheaper than other companies. If you try it, you are going to love the service. I am happy that I came across them.
Cut my internet speed from 140-160 Mbps to less than one (it was so slow it was measured in kbps). Tried emailing for help, so far no reply. Very disappointed as this is my first time trying a paid vpn!!! Still hoping some one will get in touch to help out but I won't hold my breath!!!
Been using Pia for a few years now after initially trying out a handful of vpns. Best security, performance, and cost by a landslide. Their new desktop app also makes it a piece of cake to protect yourself if you're not technically inclined.

I'm very pleased with the speed and reliability of the VPN server connection so far. The PIA application installs easily in Arch Linux, Antergos, and Pop!OS, is extremely easy to use, and it even updates perfectly. The Firefox browser extension works great as well. Everything just works, out of the box, with Linux.
I've been using PIA for several years...it's excellent - lots of options, easy to use and certainly fast enough. But this latest update is even better. Thank you for the current update (Mac OSX [Mojave]- V. 1.0.2; Build 02363 - it's outstanding.
