Take to much time to connect...
Quick, easy installation. Had some issues connecting to the right server (let the app choose this for you, don't meddle with it), and received help to my query within two days. It would be good if PIA logged itself in automatically when you launch the internet rather than the added step of connecting it. Thanks
The vpn works pretty well, except with Hulu. i will be in the middle of an episode and it will shut down. I sometimes have to go through 5 or 6 different locations in order to even begin streaming a show. I know someone else who uses this same exact service and she never has the same issues as i do. I am confused and upset.
If you screw up your initial login, like I did, watch out for an incredibly difficult time trying to get reestablished. As of this writing, I cannot access my account, although I am protected.
I recieved a notice that my service contract was ending in another week along with a request to renew. I immediatly renewed, paid using paypal, and now my service will no longer connect, Message is " connection refused" Trying to contact customer service seems next to impossible. They have my money and i have nothing.
It does every thing it says it does so far. Very easy to setup and use it works good, also downloads ar good, no difference with or without vpn, it stay fast
I have never used a VPN before, but with the way technology has become it feels like I needed to make an investment in these services to protect myself more online. I did my research and narrowed down the pros and cons and this company is the one that seemed the best fit. The process was easy for me to set an account up and use the services, but I admit I am pretty tech savvy. I can see where others might have problems but that does not mean the company is bad at what they do. So far I have not had any problems, but I am not naive to think that I won't ever have any. So when asking for a review at the onset of service is always in the best interest for a company. For now my rating is a 5 star, but I reserve the right to change my opinion based on my long term experience. Here is hoping that the company does right by me and that they keep earning that 5 star review of mine.
