I like NordVPN as I find they are always on my side. Customer support is not just scripted, but always willing to assist and listen to feedback.
What i like/dislike about Nordvpn: + Windows app is awesome + Support + Servers are fast + Privacy is important for them and is top notch, plus they are transparrent - No android app - No servers located in Denmark - Some minor issues with their software Overall i liked their VPN service. If privacy is important for you Nordvpn is differently the VPN for you.
The support didn't communicate with marketing, their databases isn't up to date and... oh yeah! Tried to sign up - nothing happened, tried contacting live support - they said I should subscribe again (Which I won't), contacted their marketing and support depardment via mail. The final answer was that my subscription was cancelled and I'd get my money back in 3-5 working days - 2 weeks later still nothing and no respond from support.
I wanted to like this service very much. They offer bitcoin payment and a trial. However, random disconnects meant I could not use their VPN reliably. Many servers to choose from but it didn't make any difference. Their software looked impressive and had many features, however it froze and crashed very often. No android app as of this writing. No torrents (despite what their servers say, speeds are pitiful)
This keeps me safe from my Ex. Simple and easy to use. A life saver!
I had some issues setting up the service, but teir support team helped me in a minute.
