Most dishonest VPN company that I've ever dealt with. THEY DON'T HONOUR THEIR REFUND GUARANTEE. Instead, their staff are trained to lie and give all sorts of preposterous excuses. Furthermore, using the exact same server (the fastest Australian server as determined by both ExpressVPN and NordVPN), I ran a series of download speed tests. ExpressVPN was up to 8 times faster! (It was at this point that the NordVPN lies began and they refused to issue me with a refund).

I had a two year subscription, but barely used it, so did not plan to renew. I found a charge on my bank account for a renewal. I did not receive an email telling me it was about to auto-renew. Contacted NordVPN customer support, but it was over 30 days since the charge, so they would not refund. It says in their terms it will auto renew. If you don't notice that, they will quietly charge your account without warning you. Make sure you turn off auto renew. @NordVPN: I spoke to customer services using live chat. I did not have a ticket or reference number. Update: Ignore the seemingly helpful response from NordVPN - they did nothing.

I subscribed a service through a non-refundable payment method. I used the service and found that I did not get what I wanted. through the chat I questioned if there was the possibility of a refund to what they said yes! because it was in the 30 days. than, by email they told me that it was not possible the refund by the payment method used but could do by paypal. I accepted the conditions and how the refund would be made!!! after this, I subscribed another VPN service. A few days later I received an email saying that the refund was not possible and that the situation had been evaluated by a new employee. Apparently, The company is not responsible for the acts of its employees.

I was using NordVPN in china. Hasn’t worked now for over two months. None of the advice given works. And they won’t take any responsibility. Hvorfor har jeg via apple kun 1 uges fortrydelsesret ret. Jeg skal melde fra inden den 16. D.m. Den fungerer udmærket, men jeg er betænkelig med den stor reduktion af hastigheden. Har læst om alle mulighederne for forbedring. Svarer ikke på spørgsmålet, Derfor kun en stjerne.

NordVPN est un bon service qui protège la vie privée (leurs conditions sont clairs à ce sujet). J'aime la rapidité des serveur et les points disponibles à travers le monde. Seul bémol, leurs prix sont au dessus de la moyenne mais les fonctionnalités justifient le prix, à mon avis. La vitesse de connexion peut être un peu décevante pour certains pays, la France en est exclut pour le moment, d'après mes tests. Mais certains pays asiatiques peuvent poser des problèmes de ralentissements (certainement des serveurs surchargés). Je recommande quand même, il y a de nombreux points positifs et NordVPn accepte Bitcoin pour plus d'anonymat.

Poor video quality, have to stop nordvpn service manually to get internet access again. Looks to be an unfinished product. No I'm using Expressvpn, much much better!!!!
