Super service, for such a small fee. I watch TV from the UK on a DNS server. The VPN is also there on my phone if I want to do banking on a public WiFi. If there is a problem, they have the knowledge and technical skills to fix anything. Maybe even through remote controling. I have been with them and a small company they merged with for over 10 years! Highly recommended!!!!

Very happy user of LeVPN, and its predecessor My Private Network for over 10 years now. Simple to use and gives UK and other expats access to tv in their home country, both live, or via catch-up services. The occasional technical glitch does occur, usually caused by my inimitable incompetence or MS operating system, and this is where LeVPN is outstanding, as their online help is astonishingly fast to respond; quick, courteous and invariably effective. Their technical team are world - class players and could teach many banks and airlines just what real customer service feels like when needed.

I have been using LeVPN for just over a year now having migrated from my previous VPN (My Private Network) that closed and transferred clients to LeVPN. In that time I have had a few problems, not I hasten to add, caused by LeVPN. Two technical problems were solved by the excellent Support Staff who also guide me through a change of payment method necessary since I am closing y UK account and have different cards and currencies. The support team are proficient and speedy and eager to find a solution that meets my needs, Cannot praise them enough

It’s like it says on the tin! Works well and is super easy to set up on an iPad or phone. Needed a bit of help when it came to setting it up on Apple TV. Support Team were very helpful and patient.
