Ivacy support has very extremely helpful in sorting out my issues with Windows 10 application. I had a knowledgable and patient person on the other side who guided me through all the steps needed to use their VPN services. Would definitely recommend them.

I've been using Ivacy for more than four years. First, the app just works. I've had it installed on Windows machines, MacBook Pros, and iPhones. In the rare cases when I've had an issue, Ivacy support has been first rate: helpful, friendly, and responsive. I've used plenty of other VPNs for work, and Ivacy doesn't have the degree of bandwidth constriction common with so many other VPNs. Overall, it's first rate.

Was a highly recommended VPN. Tried it. Like it. Works great on all 5 devices on which it is installed. Easy installation. Reliable connection. Cost is extremely reasonable (I did use a coupon code.).

Do Not trust this VPN!!! 1 star is an OVERSTATEMENT to them! This is a complete fraud. At first, they told you a 30-days-money-back guarantee and it worked ok with occasionally certain locations could not connect from time to time. However, amazingly, right after 30 days, the software installed on Win 10 suddenly crashed by itself and despite multiple attempts to setup VPN in Win 10 directly or via software, even when it shows VPN connected, the IP address ALWAYS remains the same as the original Internet IP and Never change. The online support could not answer the issue and when asked for a refund, simply asked to email to the helpdesk yet after email, NO single reply from them on the refund or exact solution! This tantamount to cheating, I signed up a 1-year package with 1-year advance payment yet nothing works now and not allow refund! Under such worldwide pandemic situation where people need to work from home, this is absolutely disappointing if not despicable! Better use the payment cheated by them to donate to any needed area than this!!!
