I have just purchased VPN service but I had a problem with Android device. Theodore assisted me with many patience. And finally, thanks to Theodore, we solve the problem. Assistance was really great. But Ivacy should update the Android software as soon as possible.

After looking around for a long time for a VPN service, and even though there wasn't many external reviews or free trial around for Ivacy, I took the plunge and got a great deal with them during Black Friday. I have since tested out their service on both Windows and Android and their software is very fast compared to others, connecting to a server takes less than 5 seconds and I was able to browse the internet and stream movies, YouTube, Netflix without any buffering. Their software is very easy to use and the interface is clean and modern with additional settings being easy to find and clearly explained. I tested out their Customer Service chat to see how they perform and Theodore answered the chat immediately and answered any questions which I could think of straight away. As of November 2016, Ivacy is a gem of a VPN with fast servers and I'm surprised they aren't more well known. Thanks Ivacy!
I'm a complete novice to all things technical but ivacy was really easy to get and Zack in their customer service stepped me through what I needed to do via chat and didn't get annoyed with me when I had no idea what he was talking about. Very happy I went with them!
Also I have to thank you and recommend the excellent service provided by Vladimir Nabov. Their knowledge makes magic with this excellent VPN service. He gave remote support to setup and solve all the issues.
... and I've used plenty. it gives me options to select from hundreds of servers available, so i'm never short on choices. But maybe, the best feature for me is its purpose selection. I just don't connect, I connect for reasons... one at a time. Ivacy sort of covers almost all of the reasons i connect to a VPN, if not every single one of them.
