I owned VPN Unlimited in 2015 and it worked fine for around four years, on several different machines. But now I got some issues with installation/setup of the app on three different virtual Linux-PC's. The support answered all my questions and gave me helpful hints and at the end a solution which worked for me. Great job! Just one thing: The communication with the support team could be more efficient, if they would just read the whole message, before they answer. It would help your customers to avoid explaining the issue twice... Doing several tests leads to a download of around 50 MB/sec with the setting 'Keep Solid Wise TCP' out of a 200 MB/sec line, which is a good result for a VPN on this security level. So in the end of the day it was a good decision to purchase VPN Unlimited. Let's go ahead... I can recommend it and I give 4 1/2 Stars for this quality. (1/2 star has been eaten by the support... but I'm sure this can be improved)

KeepSolid VPN customer service is top-notch. I had an issue with adding additional devices and customer got right back to me and had the whole thing solved in under 5 minutes. I am completely satisfied with their support and highly recommend their service as they have always provided quick service and great support.

Having taken a phone back to factory settings I had a problem with registering it again; 20 minutes after contacting customer service it was resolved. Unfortunately, during the process I had managed to cause problems with a second phone; 6 minutes later that was also fixed.

Customer service replied within 10 minutes!! They diagnosed the issue that I was having logging in and resolved immediately. I was back up and running within 30 minutes. No hassles, clear communication and very prompt. EXCELLENT!!

I have a couple of lifetime subscriptions to VPN services. This one is the best of those. It is better than Ivacy and Fastest VPN, both of these services leak IPv6 requests. Keep Solid is solidly secure and regularly updates their apps. The are no IP address leaks in the tests that I have run on the service.The kill switch works beautifully and connection speeds are awesome for my needs. Overall I have using the service for 6 months and it keeps getting better. Thank you VPN Unlimited. Your service rocks and I recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and secure VPN experience. Also, the Android app is the best that I have tried so far. Well done.
