I first started using VPN Unlimited with an annual license several years ago primarily because of it's low price. I later acquired a lifetime license due to the improvements made over the years. It maintains its connection during downloads, and surfing speeds are such that I hardly know I'm using it verses my regular connection. For me it has been more than worth it's still competitively low price.

If I have any issues they are EXTREMELY FAST to reply, less than 3 minutes!!! Issues have been resolved and I’m enjoying the VPN!!!

I have had a lifetime subscription for good few years now and and it has been superb. I installed the latest version (6.2) and all of a sudden when I opted for any server, I got the green conned light but I lost all Internet connections. I then contacted Support from within the program and was surprised to see that they said they would get back within the hour, and I thought "yes, bet they don't" as with most support you are lucky to get a reply within 2 days, if at all. I was so surprised that their promise IS true, amazing, I think the reply was within 30 minutes. The reply was from Max Rodionov, and set out the solution in detailed steps that anyone could understand, a lot of customer services assumes (wrongly) that everyone is an expert and understands everything, it was so refreshing to get such superb detailed instructions. Of course after following these instructions everything worked fine again. This service means that it gives me confidence in the product as a whole, knowing that if I ever have a problem an knowledgeable advisor, like Max, will be there to give a solution in a very quick time, very few firms can offer help like this, I only wish they did. I have had to contact customer services over many years and I can honestly say this is the best for both an accurate solution and speed of reply. Once again thank you Max.

As a lifetime subscriber you install, use and after all forget it's even there; you simply take it for granted. Until you stumble across a diffciculty and then it's wonderful to file a support request and receive a useful and to-the-point reaction on a Saturday morning just within half an hour. I re-subscribe today for KeepSolid VPN Unlimited. For a while, I used a free VPN app, but I came to be not satisfied with this product. I have 5 devices to protect, 4 iOS (version 13.2 beta 3): 2 iPhones, 2 iPads and a Microsoft Surface Pro 4, Running Windows 10 (version Insider Preview, build 19002.1). I experienced some difficulties installing my new subscription, so I requested help from KeepSolid Customer Support Team. Well, I'm happy to report that the many interactions with my designated Personal Assistant Iurii Stoianov, were all very professional and effective. In no time, my 5 devices we're up and running smoothly. This relation with one tech customer service is by far the best I experienced in years.
